At we are looking for a highly passionate and dedicated Partnerships Activation Specialist to join our growing team and to specifically manage the day-to-day relationships with our Turkish partners – Galatasaray, Trabzonspor & Istanbul Basaksehir.

This position is responsible for executing and overseeing the development of partner-specific marketing plans, managing branded partner elements across a variety of assets and supporting the day-to-day needs of partners. This role will be key in developing the day-to-day relationship with partners, as well as developing and implementing polls and marketing campaigns with the sports clubs. 

The ideal candidate will be excellent at building relationships, act as the main point of contact between and the partners and seek customer acquisition & brand opportunities. 

This role is based in the newly-established office in Istanbul, but will work collaboratively with the central teams in the Malta HQ. 



  • In possession of exceptional relationship management skills, you will be responsible for maximizing the execution of the agreed marketing rights.
  • Manage partner integration on the platform, including the discussion and activation of polls.
  • A flair for marketing - both digital and traditional - to constantly strive at wowing fans and our userbase.
  • Create and drive new partner onboarding based on the current processes in place to ensure consistent partner management across the globe.
  • Manage the creation, implementation, and strategic management of promotional campaigns and all activation with new and existing partners on-site, off-site and digitally.
  • Analyze research findings and identify activation concepts that align with the brand, support marketing objectives, and drive business results.
  • Manage all fulfillment activities needed based on partner contracts to ensure that all elements that are contractually obligated are delivered in a professional manner.
  • Supporte the renewal process for each partner contract and identify/pursue additional revenue/rights opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across internal departments and stakeholders, particularly the Creative team and Product.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices, and new media marketing efforts.
  • Develop self to improve performance in the current role and to prepare for future roles; seeks and provides feedback and coaching to enhance performance.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant program would be considered an asset.
  • Experience of dealing with Turkish sports entities and managing sports partnerships either for a rights holder or brand.
  • Fluency in Turkish & English. 
  • Deep understanding of Turkish business culture. 
  • At least 3 years’ experience in activations.
  • Ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
  • Experience managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategy.
  • Ability to bring creativity to the table, maximizing assets, and inventing feasible solutions on a partner-by-partner basis.
  • Experience with marketing platform integration (digital, event, hospitality, etc.), on-site event marketing operations and logistics.
  • Maintain the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines as directed.
  • Extensive knowledge of sport, especially football, is considered an advantage.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles and video productions.
  • Solid digital marketing experience.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
