Our Brands

Chiliz is our tokenized voting platform empowering fans to crowd manage their favorite sports teams, events, leagues and game titles via voting rights acquired through a utility token known as chiliz ($CHZ)., powered by the chiliz fintech platform and $CHZ token, will offer fans the opportunity to buy, trade and execute voting or ‘crowd managers’ rights in their favorite football teams. Connecting 4 billion football fans worldwide with the thousands of different UEFA clubs and professional football teams they root for.


The Chiliz Blockchain Campus will house world-leading exchanges, crypto-friendly European banks, leading blockchain media groups, service providers including recruitment services and some of the largest Asian crypto funds in a unique cluster in order to grow the ecosystem locally and globally.


The Role

We now require a Turkish-speaking Marketing & Communications Executive to join our Marketing & Communications team, to build brand awareness and launch our product to a critical market. The Marketing & Communications Executive must possess mother-tongue Turkish, business English and must possess knowledge and experience of marketing and communications in the local region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, publish and distribute local language materials on the company’s websites, content hubs and social media platforms.
  • Translation of websites, content hubs etc. from source language to a target language, ensuring that the translated version conveys the meaning of the original as clearly as possible. The material includes but is not limited to: 
    • Commercial and/or corporate information
    • Legal
    • Social Media
    • Press Releases
    • Marketing

  • Execution of marketing and communications campaigns in the Turkish market and using Turkish media, social media and messaging platforms.
  • Work closely with the Creative & Content team to produce region-relevant marketing material.
  • Create brand profiles across Turkey-specific media, social media and messaging platforms.
  • Build and manage the communities that exist on our brand’s social media profiles.
  • Create timely and engaging content on our brands’ social media profiles to keep the communities engaged and informed on company developments.
  • Develop monthly reports on region-specific emerging media and social media trends for the CMCO.
  • Develop region-specific PR and communications strategies.
  • Respond to media enquiries from Turkey; arrange interviews and send out press releases.
  • Public speaking on behalf of and Chiliz at region-specific conferences and presentations.
  • Translation service for the CEO and other senior managers for the purposes of media interviews.
  • Work with colleagues and agencies to help plan and implement online marketing campaigns that drive engagement, traffic across social media, search engine optimisation and PR.
  • Drive and manage social media campaigns from content creation, to measurement of campaign success.
  • Proof-read content, including but not limited to social media posts, blog articles and press releases.


Skills & Responsibilities 

  • Fluency in two or more languages (English and Turkish essential).
  • A good understanding and in-depth knowledge of language/country-specific cultures, known as localisation.
  • Subject matter knowledge specific to the content you'll be translating.
  • Interest in blockchain and a passion for football/sports. 
  • Excellent writing skills and command of grammar.
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to use initiative in a commercial context.
  • Proficiency in the use of a range of computer packages.
  • Self-motivated & eager to acquire new knowledge.
  • Acute attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Excellent Turkish and English translation skills, including two to four years specific translation experience.
  • Turkish and English interpretation skills, including experience interpreting business meetings and/or conference calls.  
  • Familiarity with Turkish history, culture, customs and business protocol.
  • Experience of web content management.
  • Experience in communications and marketing.
  • Must be a confident communicator and presenter.
  • Must possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Must have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
  • Must possess the ability to keep information confidential.
  • Tactical understanding of all primary social media platforms, as well as Turkey-specific.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self -motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way.


  • MSc Scientific, Medical and Technical Translation with Translation Technology or similar. (would be considered an asset).
  • Holds experience with the following translating technology: Wincaps, SDL Trados Studio 2014, Worldfast Anywhere, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere and Flash, or similar.
  • Qualifications in Marketing/PR. 
  • Native Turkish Speaker.
